Dear Owner/Management,
Kindly, and with all due respect, I would like to share some feedback about my recent experience. When hiring new employees, please make sure they are willing to serve customers with courtesy and respect.
In addition, I believe it would be beneficial to train staff on how to communicate with customers. If a customer requests an extra item or service that comes with an additional cost, it would be much more professional to simply explain that there will be an extra charge rather than saying, "We can't add more." Good communication and a positive attitude can make a big difference in the customer experience.
I hope you take this feedback into consideration to help improve the quality of service. Thank you for your time.

I really like Subway’s new Pocket Protein Wraps. They are the perfect size, have excellent flavor, and there’s a good variety of choices to pick from. Great option for a quick and satisfying meal!
came in at around 7:20P 30 apr and the server started off by literally blowing on his gloves to open them up. literally defeating the purpose of wearing gloves if you use your mouth to blow on them to open them. then he does the same thing on the sandwich paper wraps to split them open. serious sanitation violation that even a child would understand.
then when putting vegetables on my 2 footlongs the server literally starts counting the amount of vegetables he uses and he put like barely any black olives but when i asked for extra he added a grand total of 4 black olives to both sandwiches. the stinginess levels are as if he is giving free food.. i am paying for food so load it up with extra veggies. combining the sanitation and lack of extra vegetables i will not be looking forward to this place

New management and new and improved everything. The one lady working there today was so professional and so friendly albeit she appeared to be on her own. Business there will pickup now so they better hire some new folks but insist on the same level of customer service as we were seeing today.

came in ordered 3 subs was met with attitude and very unprofessional energy. Even say thank you 2 times and no response need. I like my subs very specific. And indian lady was very unresponsive met with unpleasant energy.
