  Always have a great experience! I love the woman who works around dinner time. Never waited more than 10 min for my food.

  Today I went to Subway to use some coupons that were mailed to my home. As soon as the employee saw that I was going to use them, his attitude completely changed. He served me with a bad attitude and told me they had no way to scan the coupons. My question is: what’s the point of sending promotional coupons if they’re not going to accept them or if customers are made to feel uncomfortable for trying to use them? The experience was very disappointing. I hope they improve their customer service and clearly communicate which promotions are accepted so customers don’t waste their time. 🙄

  My bf went to get food around 11-11:30pm and the lady had a horrible attitude. She was very rude and shook her head as if she didn’t want him in there
