  BEWARE!!!! Going to this franchise is a bust! I placed an order online for pickup. I ordered a foot long Philly steak and cheese. I requested extra cheese (50% more, and extra steak, 50% more.) Each costing $1.50 extra. I only received like one scoop of steak and 4 wedges of cheese (which equals 2 slices.) Also asked for my sub to be toasted, which it wasn't at all. Everything was cold and I had to heat it up in my air fryer to get the taste that I was expecting. This store has been known in the past to skimp of things, but I thought with it being under new management, things have changed. Guess I thought wrong. Definitely won't be spending any more money there, that's for sure!

  Worst subway I didn’t got what I have ordered very sweet. It is And staff is very rude, not understanding anything and can’t even speak good English. I don’t understand why they are working there very bad service and bad food. There is just taste of sweet, And I have ordered something, and they gave me different thing

  Ordered Philip cheese had it toasted. Came out being cold. Don’t understand how the lady making the sandwich didn’t notice and still sever it. Nerve going back worst subway!

  I came here May 24th at 1pm for a pick up order and when I began eating my lunch I noticed that mayo and mustard was pooling out of the sides (like an unreasonable amount). I’m not sure what provoked the woman behind the counter to completely soak my sandwich in the condiments but I was suck eating it because I had already made it to work. Kinda gross and hope they can do better next time. (They really deserve 1 star)

  Believe it or not this store does not allow you to use the bathroom or as they claim does not have a working bathroom. Their staff employees have to use the Aldi bathroom. I told them that this was not allowed. You can’t have a business that doesn’t have a working bathroom for staff. The woman said “oh yeah well whatever”. I understand as a transient area and it can be a problem for them. I cannot believe that they would not allow a paying customer to use the bathroom. I will be reporting this to code enforcement and The department of business and regulations. Absolutely unacceptable. I don’t even know if the water is running and how do you wash your hands.?
