  This place needs to be completely renovated, ice machine not working the floors are dirty, the worker was so unfriendly it was pathetic the worker was smoking a cigarette when we first pulled up never washed hands when making the food this Subway has went downhill terribly where is the owner we will never go to this one again pathetic, nasty place to sit and eat expensive sandwiches.

  I placed a pickup order after receiving a coupon in the mail for 2 footlongs for $13. I thought this was a great deal and was excited to use this for lunch. I placed an online pickup order and when I went in to pick it up, I was met with absolutely 0 customer service. The worker was chilling in the dining area and then comes behind the counter saying “do you have a pickup order?” I responded yes and gave my name for the order. He pushes the bag across the counter and says “next time tip” and then just walks away. This was extremely rude as tips should be appreciated not expected. I was excited to use my coupon and get an affordable lunch but now I will definitely not be returning to this location where I will get shamed and treated rudely for trying to save money. And personally, I definitely do not think that attitude deserved a tip.

  One of the best locations I have been to. Whoever was working on 5/18/26 at 3:30 is one of the best employees I have seen in a while
