placed an online order, was charged, but received an error. I called repeatedly with no answer and drove to the store. I was immediately told “cash only” with no greeting. Staff were rude, refused to help, and told me there was “no point” in complaining. I showed proof of payment but was denied my order and no solution was offered. I lost time, gas, and money. This was handled very poorly and I still don’t know if I’ll be refunded.
