    El sábado anterior llegué al local a hacer una orden bastante grande en una hora pico del día,pero el muchacho llamado Luis hizo un trabajo excelente tomando mi orden y fue bastante nice,la Otra muchacha creó su nombre es Johanna tmb fue muy amable con nosotros

    They was a long line (due to the ARMY being in town for the BTS concerts) but they had 3 employees working they did a great job taking care of our everyoneas quickly and efficiently as possible. Clean and playing calm music at a low volume. Love that they did a great job juggling in-person and mobile app orders. I ordered an 6 in. all-american club on the app and didnt have to wait long. Also, they offered a 20% discount to ARMY with proof of your concert ticket.🫰🏼💜

    The lady that was working today at about 7pm very rude. We ordered from Uber because there was a deal and it was cheaper than ordering directly from Subway. She tells my son that I needed to slide to complete the order. I did it. She then sends out my son again and tell him she needs to see me slide to complete the order. I Went inside to show her that there’s nothing left on my screen of the order and she starts telling me because it’s the Uber eats order. She can’t give it to me unless you see me swipe it off. I tell her I did exactly what you said. could you either give my kids their food or give me my money back? I try to grab the food she tells me no you need to listen to me and then starts yelling at me and yes, I yelled back. I said you’re not about to sit here and yell at me and think I’m not going to yell back. But as an employee, she should have never raced her voice at me when I didn’t raise my voice. Yes, I was very stern because don’t play with my kids. They are 17 and 14 Black boys, so maybe she assumed They were trying to steaI or I feel like she was trying to find a reason to keep the food I paid for. I usually never leave bad reviews because one person shouldn’t effect everyone but she should never handle a situation like that.
