  This location needs better customer service. Their body language it comes off very rude they always look mad especially when ordering food. I was ordering food I was getting something new and i wasn’t sure which sauce I wanted. She couldn’t even understand and clarify what sauces usually comes on the nachos even though she worked there. Then she caught an attitude huffing and puffing and sucking her teeth at which was very rude. I will be taking my services elsewhere if that’s the attitude I will get.

  Had to w worst service at this location on 7/12/26. Girl making food was so careless in making our sandwiches. She gave me 4 pieces of bacon on my BLT, didn’t listen to instructions when I said light pepper for my little girls sandwich - she dumped a ton on and then tried scrapping it off with a knife. Asked for our receipt and she said she didn’t think we wanted one and she couldn’t give us one after the transaction was completed. Paid $41 for 3 meals and would have rather spent my money at McDonalds after the horrible service we received. Got home to eat our food and the bread on all of our sandwiched were hard as a rock. Worst experience, awful food and terrible customer service. We will not return to this location.

  The app frequently doesn't work, which is a huge hassle. The packaging is awful--cheap bags that fall apart. They should look at Jersey Mike's or Starbucks. Staff is great.
