  Had to w worst service at this location on 7/12/26. Girl making food was so careless in making our sandwiches. She gave me 4 pieces of bacon on my BLT, didn’t listen to instructions when I said light pepper for my little girls sandwich - she dumped a ton on and then tried scrapping it off with a knife. Asked for our receipt and she said she didn’t think we wanted one and she couldn’t give us one after the transaction was completed. Paid $41 for 3 meals and would have rather spent my money at McDonalds after the horrible service we received. Got home to eat our food and the bread on all of our sandwiched were hard as a rock. Worst experience, awful food and terrible customer service. We will not return to this location.

  I ordered 2 subs last night and they were terrible. Wrong ingredients and very stale bread. Won’t be ordering from here ever again.

  The app frequently doesn't work, which is a huge hassle. The packaging is awful--cheap bags that fall apart. They should look at Jersey Mike's or Starbucks. Staff is great.
