  I am a frequent customer at this location, but today I experienced unacceptable food safety and order quality issues.First, the sandwich preparer went to the back of the store to grab cups and then attempted to finish making my food without changing her gloves. When another customer asked her to change them, she became visibly angry and provided terrible customer service.Second, my order was improperly prepared. I asked for light mayonnaise and mustard, but the employee poured what felt like half a bottle of mayonnaise onto the sandwich.This behavior is unhygienic and completely unprofessional. I urge management to reevaluate and retrain this staff members immediately.
