Lady was rude and disrespectful!
Said she didnt have to speak with me and refused to even look at my online order confirmation!
I dont understand how it is okay to deny to speak to a customer walking in to pick up her order.

Apparently I am not the only one who has accuse this woman of being so disrespectful and rude totally out of customer qualifications,she yelled in my face when all I ask was a favor within business profit,I hope management sees this and remove her immediately or this business will collapse soon.

I’m in the hospital so I had to order online and I had to have a friend come and pick it up and the girl working was rude to my friend and said she required the order number when the app said all the required was the name and when I got the sandwich it was the most awful sandwich I’ve had since Jimmy John’s. It was dried out. I don’t understand how a toasted sub was chewy But I couldn’t even eat half of it. I will never eat here again or order from here again, rather, I mean, I’m in the hospital fighting cancer and she’s gonna be rude to my friend about a freaking order number. I hope she has the day she deserves.
