  My daughter and I visited the Tampa International Mall MK location in search for the perfect college graduation gift for my niece. We were both greeted with two of the warmest smiles either of us have seen in a long time. Both Laurence Jacques, and Lauren McClafferty engaged us immediately gave us great gift ideas. They graciously offered us refreshments and amazing conversation. They both stayed totally attentive to us during our entire visit. They mentioned that they looked forward to the day we would return to their location.   Came to browse maybe get a new wallet. Shawn came asking if we needed any assistance and I ended up leaving with a gorgeous purse on sale and a wallet. Shawn was so friendly, bubbly, and helpful. She was the sweetest worker I’ve met out of all the MK stores I’ve been to. She made sure my sale was correct since the register was messing up and made sure I was happy on my way out. If I wasn’t just visiting, I would definitely come back.

  I was shopping at this store on January 6th, as there was a mega sale there. While Jacqueline is an excellent sales associate(kudos to her) and l was explaining my uses for a small purse l saw...l became flabbergasted by a male employee who jumped in and said something very disrespectful and low class about my selection. I bought the purse because the price was great, but unfortunately "he" ranged me up. I could've just had left and not purchased anything. While my mother found interesting items, we will not be returning to this store and instead...shop at the outlets, in another town, or online. I really can't believe how in a designer upscale store at an upscale mall...such disrespectful, poor spoken and ill mannered people work there. You lost not one but 3 great customers.
