  Horrible customer service experience. Had a package sent 2nd day air that was supposed to deliver today on Friday by 10 am. It kept getting pushed out as the missed each delivery window. I stayed late as they said that it could deliver up until 8pm. At 6:30 I called back and they said their was an update that the package would not deliver now until MON!!!!! I never received an email update or a phone call, I had to call back. VERY VERY BAD JOB!!!!

  Hello FedEx/FedEx Management/FedEx Executives, I’m here to PRAISE and SHINE a LIGHT on one of your longtime 40 YEARS employees, EILEEN, who works at the Front Desk of the Shipping Center Department. This review is well-deserved, and I pray Eileen receives my praise respectfully and I request management to take gratification action to a wholesome professional , understanding, and problem-solving individual, as in, EILEEN. Please don’t let my review be Overlooked, as 40 years is a longtime and have a FedEx customer like me sit in his car and type out an appreciation review. I walked into FedEx with large box to process a return package , a 55.90lb cardboard box with a $$ car mechanical part. The box had some small tears and holes from delivery. Eileen was such a blessing to me, as she was willing to find some loose scraps of cardboard and bandage the box so my return would be more successful and make it to its original location. It was a great idea, and learned a handy hack to fix minor tears on a heavy box so it don’t end up in Lost and Found. Following this, I had to leave to go print out my shipping label, but instead of going to a different FedEx location center to finish my return, I drove back to Eileen at FedEx just so I could share my overall gratitude experience. When I returned to FedEx Center to finish with Eileen, I knew this review is well worth my time being written as Eileen was blessing another customer with her 40 years of FedEx service as she was taking action on helping a lady through a automated carousel process that companies make you go through to talk to a live representative… I was happy to wait, but Eileen requested a nice coworker to finish my return. FedEx, I’d like to say, there’s not many people like Eileen anymore, especially when an employee dedicates 40 years of their life to a company. I am genuinely happy to write this review, and I pray that FedEx is genuinely gratified with my review towards Eileen. God Bless, and Thank you Eileen for your problem solving service, have a blessed day.

  This FedEx location's customer service counter doesn't open until noon. I was not able to wait two hours, or come back. Had to find another location.

  Very happy with my experience here to ship 'dangerous items' (dry ice). Eileen was especially kind and helpful.
