I’ve had multiple failed delivery attempts with FedEx, all involving the same driver, and the experience has been extremely frustrating.
On the first attempt, no one knocked or gave any notice—they just left a door tag. For the second attempt, I actually took time off work to make sure I’d be home. Again, the driver didn’t knock and simply left. I even left a clear sign that I was home, but it was ignored.
I reordered the package, hoping for a better outcome, but had the same issue with the same driver. Most recently, I was at home when the driver arrived and told him I just needed a few minutes to get to the door. Instead of waiting, he left again without completing the delivery.
At this point, it feels like there is little to no effort being made to actually deliver the package. I understand drivers are on tight schedules, but not knocking or refusing to wait even briefly makes it nearly impossible to receive a delivery that requires a signature.
I’m very disappointed with this experience and hope FedEx addresses this kind of behavior so other customers don’t have to deal with the same issue.
