  Can i give 10 stars? So fexex tried deliveringvfriday, I was not home and they left a note. Its a wedding gift for saturday. Next monday was delivery. I got stressed, went to this. Driver and lady very helpful.

  Extremely disappointed with FedEx. My package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. FedEx provided a delivery photo, and yes, the picture is of my house—but the package was left off to the side of my porch, away from my front door and outside the view of my security cameras. There was a clear, covered front porch and a normal delivery area right by the front door. Instead, the package was left in an exposed location near the side of the house and close to the road. Now the package is missing. What makes this especially frustrating is that the package contains my vehicle brake parts, so this isn’t just an inconvenience. I need these parts to get my vehicle repaired, and this situation is now holding up my vehicle, interfering with my ability to work, and affecting my business. I’ve contacted FedEx and explained the situation, but I should not have to deal with the consequences of a package being left in an unsecured location. A package being marked “delivered” does not change the fact that I never received it. FedEx needs to take responsibility for investigating what happened instead of simply pointing to a delivery photo and saying it was delivered. Very disappointing experience. 1 star.

  The one on adamo drive is always the reliable option. The ones embedded in Dollar general and Walgreens etcetera do not offer the same professional service. The actual store on adamo and also on Kennedy are the only ones to go to. The other locations are a clown show.

  Delivery driver was a jerk !!!! And should be fired !!!! Idiot driver left a note on my door saying I wasn't home he's a liar my garage was halfway open I was in the garage and I said who is it I heard knocking I'm disabled and I use a walker I said again who is it I said it three times no way anyone can tell me he did not hear me or she did not hear me because a person outside heard me yelling and walked up to my garage ask me if i needed help!!!! Never once did he say this is FedEx I have a package for you I need a signature not one single time did he say anything I asked four times at least who is it who is it who is it he or she said absolutely nothing next thing I know I asked my grandson to check the front door where this jerk put a note on their that we missed you and no he didn't miss me the jerk ignored me and left so today he comes back this time I'm in the garage with the garage almost all the way open I never saw a FedEx truck out there because my car was in the way I would not have been able to see a FedEx truck he didn't knock on my door he didn't say anything he walked up to the door stuck a sticker on there saying we missed you he did not miss me I was sitting right here waiting I was told I would get a text message when he was on his way I never received a text message that he was on his way however I was out here waiting for him or her they never knocked on my door they never said nothing just put a sticker on my door and did this 2 days in a row he or she was being nothing but an jerk their delivery service completely sucks don't use them!!!!!!!!!
