  I first went to a UPS store to print some color photos and was told by the sales associate he could not help he was backlogged scanning packages. Also each print was $3.75 each. I called FedEx in citrus park and asked how much the prints were the manager is the one I was speaking with he said .71 each and a one time fee of $2 for them to do it. When we arrive we were greeted by all the sales associates that were working. I emailed the prints and she printed them for me. I totally recommend the FedEx in citrus park. My husband even commented how peaceful it was when we walked in. Although a little out of our way. I will go back if I ever need to mail or print something.

  The attitude of certain employee needs to be addressed. Young tattooed male greeted with a challenging attitude, no hello, no welcome or what can I do to help. When I inquired of rate discount his response' , I have no idea." How about checking or asking, there was another employee there and another who i assumed was the manager, witnessed seemed intrigued as if was going to jump in rather walked away. His disgruntled attitude became more defensive when I inquired on the price, which could have been eliminated had he advised the breakdown of the charges. This young man has no business dealing with customers imo. I canceled the shipment an walked out.
