  This has got to be the slowest FedEx in the entire nation. 8 people staffed. Waited 40 minutes to be helped

  Richard was super helpful, patient, and kind. I had multiple packages and it was chaos for me but his customer service was awesome and we got it squared away! Thank you!!

  Here at 6:00 pm on 05/18th. They close store at 7:00 pm. After traveling 45 min I a heavy traffic they told me the system is down. The guy said, "sometimes happens". Seriously?? It's going so bad to FeDex? It's not trustable any more? Or it's just a coincidence that one hour before closing the systems of one of the most powerful shipping carrier in the world goes down???

  THE WORST. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES ARE A BLATANT LIE. THEY LEAVE YOU HANGING ALL DAY FOR PACKAGES THAT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.

  Melissa, the Assistant Manager at this location, is Heaven Sent! Truly! I cannot say enough about her. I had been working on a print project for my best friend's wedding and had come 3 days in a row, attempting to get it done early. I even tried doing the print order online and sending it to the store, and could not for the life of me figure it out. The previous times I came, the associates who assisted me advised that it was best I do a custom order and do it all online because it would be easier and cheaper, or they couldn't do same-day print. On hope and a prayer, I came back the next morning, right when they opened (THE DAY OF THE WEDDING!), and Melissa greeted me at the print counter right away! I explained what I needed and the issues I had been having, and within 10 minutes, she was printing my order and showed me each piece and confirmed I was happy, and even reprinted ones that came out a little messed up. It was all done in 30 minutes and way cheaper than what I was quoted. If you ever need anything from FedEx, print at this location. Call Melissa! She will save the day! Literally. Thanks, Melissa, forever grateful.
