By far the worst experience I have ever had with packaging services. First, my university shipped the package to my home requiring a signature, as someone who lives alone, works 9-5pm I wasn’t able to do that at the times they attempted. I understood that I had to change the delivery instructions. So I decide to put it in fed ex’s website, and the time I was available to sign and receive said package. They still arrive at the times I cannot sign. So I call customer services, I tell them my situation, they told me the package is going back to this fed ex location, and I can pick it up but there will be a charge. And I said okay thats fine, we end the phone call, I head over to fed ex they said its not here. I tell them I was told on the phone that it would be there by 5pm and so I arrived around 6:50pm to give them time. Then what I am assuming was the manager, she chuckles, even though this situation has been frustrating, its $10k worth of stuff, and its just being jumbled around even after my instructions I gave a day prior to coming to fed ex, and they set one up too, and it still didnt work. I left a note this morning on my door, since theres no way I can communicate with the driver, and the driver takes a picture of the door, and my note I left was no longer there, I dont know if he took it down, but thats great. Anyways, to end this on a semi good note the only thing that made this situation slightly better was the front desk guy that helped me, even though we didn’t find a solution, he was nice and understanding. I don’t know what to do.
