  Worst service. They delivered my passport to wrong location and cannot even locate my package. When I visit office they simply denied they cannot do anything and I need to contact customer service..

  This is the 3rd time time shipment from FedEx has created issues for my delivery. Spoke with representatives and was reassured that my package would be delivered on time, but all the representatives, they all lie . Lie about my delivery, lie about time of delivery and on the phone they were so unprofessional and rude. I suppose that's the expectation here.i was told multiple lie and not one person tried to help. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I was not allowed. Disrespectful, unprofessional, not customer centered and honestly I will never ever use FedEx again for anything. If I could give a zero ⭐️, I certainly would.

  First off, how does this place have only 3 plus stars...this is a very professional and helpful FedEx print, ship, Docs, everything in one shop! Traci, Julian, and their manager on site was able to produce quotes, Print items, and ship all at one go from this location! Very clean, very professional, great atmosphere, very precise, compared to other competitions (i.e. staples/ups/office depot) and best of all Price! They beat other stores in comparison! Hands downs! If you need anything for your company, for your business, for your studies, for personal use and need, FedEx office should be your place to go. Bar none!
