  Sebastian is the best. I’m older and I’m not text savvy and Sebastian was so wonderful and patient. I cannot thank him enough. Thank you Sebastian!! The manager on the other hand, Vinne, was horrible. She needs to remember that it’s not what you say, but how you say it.

  Ordered a new smart watch and phone and had the watch arrived with no issues. Then a second driver delivering my phone for some reason could not figure out my address and said it was invalid (lazy and probably didn't want to walk up stairs). I took the day off from work to recieve these packages and I'm confused as to why we have to wait 3 days to now pick up the phone at this location rather then a nearby location in Zephyrhills where we live. Great finish for a monday👍.

  Went here today for the first time. Dropped off a package as I sold an item on eBay and now FedEx charges to pick up items from your house. So figured I'd save money by going to the store. Was a piece of cake. A bit of a line but guy scanned my box and took it and that was it

  2nd time the driver can't deliver at the right house. I shouldn't have to drive around the park to find my package.

  Vinee at FedEx provided excellent service. She was friendly, genuine, and very professional throughout the entire process. She made everything quick, smooth, and pleasant, while still taking the time to ensure everything was handled correctly. FedEx is lucky to have someone like Vinee on their team. Great experience overall!
