I went into to use online services, print documents, and send a fax. When I went to print my documents, I received an error that it wouldn't print. So, I told the gentleman that was there that I couldn't print my documents. His response, "oh, I don't know, printer probably isn't on." It's almost 530pm, they close in an hour and a half. Isn't part of opening turning everything on? So, I'm sitting there patiently waiting and PAYING per minute for him to say I don't know. Then he turns on the printer and it still isn't working. So, I ask again. This time his response is "maybe." Maybe what? He never figured it out and said to email him the documents but he doesn't know how to email from the computer. What???? How do you not know? It's the same as on the phone. Meanwhile, I'm still paying per minute to have him say he doesn't have a clue. While I was there, another customer was complaining to him how bad the service is the. Next time I'll try a different location.
