  Brendan was awesome in assisting us with a document shipment to Venezuela. We were originally going to use a residential address but nothing was populating for the parish portion of the address it needed to go to. Brendan suggested using DHL's facility in Venezuela as the pickup point to ensure delivery. He made the adjustments and the process was very smooth. Thanks DHL and thanks again, Brendan!

  Leslie the rep at the walk-in was professional, kind and very helpful and deserves a raise. As far as what I had to go through to track my package and watch it sit in Brazil for over 3 weeks before coming back to me and attempting to get help at various times along the wayfrom your Research Team in Arizona was disgraceful. Out of 5 conversations each gave me different information that not only frustrated me but proved inaccurate causing me, stress, unnecessary time and money and in one case I was even hung up on. Eventually the package, a 1 lb pouch by the way floated around for 27 days before being delivered back to my door. I returned to the Tampa facility and once again the very competent and pleasant Leslie helped me once again. I do not know if my package has arrived yet but last check it made it through the Clearance Event which was such a debacle previously. So, A+ for Leslie and as far as the rest of the customer service and Research staff in Tempe, AZ I have never had a worse experience.
