  Exceptional In-Store Support from Paulo (Note: Major DHL Delays) In-Store Experience (5 Stars): Paulo was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful with my complex international logistics plan. Ask for Paulo at Fowler Ave—he handles in-store processing brilliantly! Logistics Warning: THIS IS FAR FROM EXPRESS! Be extremely careful shipping urgent items with DHL. My package was promised in 7 days (Tuesday to Tuesday). It is now 9 days late and counting, routed through way too many unnecessary stops (Tampa → Cincinnati → Leipzig → Dubai → Muscat). It has been stuck at a transit airport—just a 3-hour flight from its final destination—for the last 3 days. To make matters worse, I called customer service, escalated the issue, and had a case opened, only for them to close the case without any resolution. Very unreliable! Leaving time-sensitive and temperature-sensitive material sitting in transit through desert hubs during peak summer heat is unacceptable. Paulo did his job, but DHL’s carrier network and support completely failed. Time-sensitive items are NOT safe with DHL!
