  I was in your store on Hines. The day before yesterday. And I fell off of one of your black counter stools I guess it wasn't bolted to the ground one of the bars caught my tennis shoe and I couldn't get my tennis shoe a loose before falling on the gravel that you call carpeting my whole name is bruised up with shooting pain to my hip how is that possible is it possible because I'm old I'm 62 years old and I don't think I've ever fell in the store off of a stool and that carpeting I don't know what is in it but it feels like rocks..
