  Came into the store to pay my phone bill and the lady was in the back of the store doing god knows what and comes out and says yeah I think the system is down and then goes to a register to say she’s checking then I said okay where is the next cricket store in the area that can service me so I can pay my bill. Then she says Columbus I say where is that and she says idk you put in your phone and it will tell you. Then she walks out store two minutes after me and shuts the opening sign down at 6:40 and shuts down the store when the hours say open until 7pm I hope whoever runs this store or owns it definitely checks this employee and issue cause I never had a issue with any of the employees previously who worked at this store.

  I went there and the guy hid the price tag for an iphone so he could sell it for more he tried to do it so slick he didn't even know I saw him. I went elsewhere and got the phone. It's so wrong how they operate.
