  I've been with Cricket for over 12 plus years! I absolutely love this company, they've been great towards me as a long time customer. Suddenly out of nowhere my phone bit the dust last night, so I went to my local store to replace my phone. There I met Veronica, the customer service rep who worked in the store. She was absolutely the best!!! She was so helpful, got me a new phone similar to the one I previously had. Showed me the differences in phone size etc. After we determine what's the best phone for me she continued to set the new phone up for me and made the whole buying a new phone experience a pure joy! Thank you Veronica! You made everything so easy for me!

  IT IS TOO HOT IN THIS STORE! THE EMPLOYEES ARE SWEATING AND SO AM I WORST EVER!!! The employee were so nice and making the best of the situation but this is definitely illegal!!!! NO AC

  Whata great group what EXCELLENT SERVICE I LOVE A T & T .I've had them all but Verizon an quess what they all spin like crazy especially metro & sprint an only once in 60 days for 30 sec. With A T & T. Do urself a huge favor an get A T & T CRICKET'S WONDERFUL & I get 5 bucks off my bill if i pay automatically 1 day eraly ea. Mo.
