  I was a customer in the store and was very disappointed by what I witnessed. An employee who I believe was named Joemary spoke to another employee in a way that came across as rude, dismissive, and condescending. As a customer, it's uncomfortable to watch someone be treated that way in a professional environment. Good leadership and teamwork matter, and the interaction I observed reflected poorly on the store's culture. No employee deserves to be talked down to in front of coworkers and customers or at all for that matter. The experience left a negative impression and made me question how employees are treated behind the scenes. I hope management addresses this and works toward creating a more respectful workplace.

  Santos and Dennis were amazing! Let me borrow a portable battery charger, looked up my warranty and replaced my battery all in one visit!!! Thank you! God Bless you!

  I had an issue with a part I purchased last June 2025 with lifetime guaranteed that costed $523 but I didn’t have the receipt. When I approached the store, Santos didn’t even try to help me or show any intention of assisting. Luckily, I came back the next morning with my bank statement as proof of the purchase, and Gail, the manager working there, immediately took action. She stepped up and helped me the way someone in charge should. I truly appreciate her professionalism! I was able to exchange the part with no issues!!! Thanks Gail.
