  An employee named Julian is very rude and incompetent. He basically told me they can’t look up products on other stores when I know they can for the last 20 years. He’s the type of employee that isn’t good for any brand. I can’t blame the brand for having these type of low level employees, but I definitely blame the regional manager for keeping him. I walked across the parking lot to their competition AutoZone, and they had everything I need it. With a self checkout system too.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Advanced auto parts off Gunn hwy and Hampton park thanks to Randall (Randy)! He jumped right in and helped me change out my battery without hesitation. He was incredibly professional, efficient, and kind throughout the entire process. He turned a stressful situation into a great day. If you need auto help, look for Randall, he provides top-tier customer service! Thank you so much!

  I've been visiting this store for over 10 years and I can say that every visit is an absolute pleasure, The employees are always so helpful they always go above and beyond to help you. The most remarkable thing to me is that "they are always happy to help" they show genuine care every time and that is hard to find nowadays. Last few years Kasey and Randall has done a terrific job taking care of my car parts need. Kudos to this team.
