  I Simply wanted a refund. Had to call the cooperate office and the district manager hung up on cooperate . Something that could have been resolved in 5 minutes . Still haven't received my refund and they lost a life long customer .

  I had the best experience today at this location. I was helped by Ray and Clifford. I was able to call ahead, confirm they had the starter I needed and then pick it up within 10 minutes of arriving at the store. I will surely return for any additional needs! -Kimberly C.

  The service is not great or the worse , but sometimes you have to leave customer be without consistent harassment to help them, the first time I had my headphones on looking at things peacefully and this lady screamed so loud like 3 times to ask me if I need help , if you don’t want people to come your store just close it down . following me around the store. I would rather take my money elsewhere
