paid $15 for a 10-piece wing order and originally requested garlic parmesan, only to be told they were out. Since it was my first time there, I asked the cashier what she recommended, and she suggested lemon pepper, so I went with that.
After waiting about 20 minutes, I received my order and was surprised at how small the wings were. I also asked for celery and was told they didn't have any available, only carrots. Maybe that's normal for some people, but I've always associated wings with celery, not carrots.
To top it off, I was informed that ranch doesn't come with the wings and would cost an additional $1.50. Charging extra for ranch after already paying $15 for 10 wings seems excessive.
Between being out of menu items, the small wings, no celery, the long wait, and the extra charge for ranch, my first experience at Wingstop was disappointing. Unfortunately, it will likely be my last visit. U would think in this days economic downfall buissness would be doing the most to keep a client base but guess not
