  Customer was trash went in durning lunch and food wasn’t hot and the white guy had a nasty attitude all when I ask To speak to a manager because I told him the food wasn’t Fresh told me to go somewhere else when I ask for my money back. Customer service is 0/0 from him I never been treated like this I don’t recommend patronizing with this store

  I ordered 2, 10 piece lemon pepper combos and they did not flavor the wings. I just got fried unflavored wings. I wouldn't have left a review but when I called to rectify the order, I was left on hold for 15 minutes and then they had the nerve to hang up without saying anything. I'm so upset. This food was not free Wingstop.

  I've never had a restaurant be so consistently inconsistent. The wings are hit or miss. Sometimes they are soggy. Sometimes they are crispy. Sometimes they are well-seasoned. Sometimes they are bland. The one thing you can count on being consistent is the atrocious service. When you go in to pick up an online order, they don't really have a system. You will stand there trying to get the staff's attention for 15-20 minutes, your bag of food sitting on the other side of the counter getting cold, while the staff takes other orders, walks around, and does who knows what else. We stopped going for a couple of years because of these issues. I tried again tonight. Paid for an 8 piece classic wing combo, upcharge for all flats. Received 6 wings total, only one of which was a flat. Fries were cold because my husband couldn't get anyone to grab the bag for him when he went to pick up. I called asking for them to go ahead and start remaking my order, and was told that they wouldn't start remaking it until we brought the order back. Who is going to go there and wait another hour for their food because the restaurant screwed it up the first time? Had my husband take the food back to get a refund instead.
