The manager(s) at Wingstop seriously need additional training in customer service and professionalism. My experience with Meggan at the Tennessee Street location was extremely unpleasant. Her attitude came across as rude, nasty, and completely unprofessional.
Now that she is at the Mahan location, I sincerely hope management addresses these concerns because customer service starts with leadership. A manager should set the example for how customers are treated—not make customers feel unwelcome.
Wingstop needs to understand that poor customer service can drive customers away and ultimately cost the business money. I hope corporate and upper management take these concerns seriously and provide the appropriate customer-service training.

Extremely Unprofessional Experience at Wingstop
The customer service at this Wingstop was unacceptable. The employees were rude, eating in front of customers, and I did not see proper handwashing practices being followed. The restaurant was also unorganized and appeared unclean.
This is more than just poor customer service—it raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food-safety practices. Customers should not have to question whether employees are following basic hygiene standards while preparing and serving food.
Management needs to address these issues immediately. If these conditions continue, I believe the local health department should be contacted to investigate. Customers deserve a clean, sanitary environment, proper food-handling practices, and respectful customer service.
I would recommend a different way to handle the large amounts of customers waiting for take-out. I understand that there aren't enough employees to spend lots of time on customer service, but at least get your customers to step to the side after they've checked on the status of their order. It became a free-for-all last week with customers yelling out their names and not waiting in line. I feel that if your employees are keeping things organized and communicating with the customers, then the customers won't have any reason to misbehave.
If you want wingstop please don’t stop here. They had too many people in the kitchen for that food to be cold.I spent a $100 just to get some cold food.I want be going back. Then they knew there just was nasty they still chose to sale it.
