Always loved this Subway. Used the app today for the first time to order food. The app did not ask me for my name, as i signed in with Apple, and when i got there the manager (Indian lady) proceeded to tell me she could not get me my order w/o a name or the order number. I showed her the app that I used and asked if she knew how to use it and she said no. I waited around for another 5 minutes while my friend already got his food. Asked again for my food saying “so you’re just gonna let it sit there all day even though I ordered it”? Finally got my food. Lady told me that I need to “watch my language around my elders”, she talks down to you and is mean. I feel bad for the people working under her. Paid 20 dollars for this with barely any onion. Tipped too!!

I would give 0 if I could. Used a free sub deal from the app. They said they don't do the free sub deal at the location and said they canceled the order. The order was gone on my app but they took the money from the tip and did not refund me. Called twice and someone answered but hung up as soon as I said hello.

They’ll cancel your order if you use a reward on the app. Placed an order and had a free footlong reward. When I got to the store they told me they went ahead and had cancelled the order and that I would need to pay. I should have never been able to place an order to that store if the coupon wasn’t valid. No wonder subway has gone down hill

Just left there this morning all I wanted was a cold cut with no condiments only extra lettuce and a lil onion and pickle. They are so stingy. I’d pay for my extras if that’s what it is about. So Stingy and early in the morning. This has pissed me off. As a lot of the subways advertise their savings club as well and don’t even honor it. Just sry as hell. Don’t go here. Capital circle is best. They have the best customer service and not stingy at all for people that line “ one” topping. This store needs to put a sign up that they don’t do extra or charge more for it because people like what they like. They’re gonna lose customers and I hear people saying this all the time.

Walked in asked for napkins & got no answer. The Indian lady told me “ you can’t take that many napkins you’re not my customer “ mind you I only grabbed 5 napkins. didn’t like the atmosphere at all they were rude from the jump.
