  I had a veggie-patty at this subway, which taste so good and the environment is so quite and clean. The staffs are friendly and I feel like this is the best subway in the town.

  Here’s my wrap. I understand it’s not a burrito restaurant but perhaps some training on how to wrap a wrap. No hard feelings. Still taste good.

  I am a Subway Sub Club Member and was excited when a coupon popped up for a BOGO Sub. I placed the order at this location, the coupon was accepted and I was given a very reasonable pickup time, so I left a good tip. As I am driving to the Subway location they tried to call me but it went to voice mail because I had Driving mode turned on my phone. They did leave a message and I have a screenshot attached but I did not receive it. I drove to the store and was told they had cancelled my order. The order was cancelled because they do not accept this coupon at the Southwood Merchant’s Row Subway location even though it was accepted and successfully processed online. I have attached a picture of the receipt which shows the order was accepted and my payment processed using the promotion. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location and will be sure to find a location that accepts the Subway Club coupons and promotions. Shame on your customer service Merchant’s Row!

  Subway prepared meals for our school sports team before games this season. We had 19 games and subway had our orders completed perfectly on time every game day. Everyone who works at subway is very kind and provided the best service. My family is a longtime SouthWood subway customer as well and we love the food and service. Great job subway!
