  My package was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday with my other 3 tires. I ordered a set of 4 tires but unfortunately someone didn’t do there job and load all 4 tires of our on the FedEx truck at once and now I have 1 tire that is just sitting at these facilities being delayed and not being delivered to me until 3-4 days later. Why pay shipping fees and all that to have packages delivered at a certain time and or buy enough items to where you don’t have to even pay shipping to get items in 2 business days if we are not going to even get them when we are supposed to get them. They need to close all the places down that have people hired in them that are not doing there jobs are hire new people that will do there jobs. This is ridiculous!!! On top of that these numbers they give to contact them is also ridiculous because you have to speak to an automated system and can never get an actual person to help or find out if they are even going to put your package on the truck that day so you can get it the next day like it says on the tracking page!!! Our package set here for 2 days before it even moved to another state. Do your job people or go home!!!
