  Staff is unfriendly. Watched a woman rip my label and mention I should “take a picture for proof in case the warehouse says I didn’t return it”. This is a $400 cap and gown that needs to be returned by a specific time, which I mentioned to her. She was unhelpful and unreassuring, probably more interested in going back on her cell phone at the counter before I was helped.

  I needed to get the label printed for my package before I could mail it. I sent the mail label by email to FedEx, and an employee was able to print it super fast and attach it to my package, sending everything off in just a few minutes. The store was easy to get to, which made my mailing trip quick and hassle-free.
