  Siempre vengo a este ups y el servicio es pesimo. Nunca saludan y no tienen modales. Hoy fui y me atendio una colombiana de como 50 años, ni saludo y lo unico que estaba haciendo era chismosiando con su compañera. Si no fuera porque le dije hola y le entregue mi paquete ni me hubiese mirado por estar perdiendo el tiempo contando chisme.

  Horrible customer service. They locked the door before 7pm I guess employees dictate when the store closes.

  The staff are super friendly and helpful. Cristina and Ana were especially amazing—both are always kind, welcoming, and made everything quick and easy. Definitely appreciate their help!

  I had the worst experience here on 3/4/26. I walked in and one clerk was busy with a large order from a customer. The other clerk looked at me and then called someone on her phone. She continued to talk to this person for over 15 minutes while I was just standing there. When she finally got off the phone, she said it was her manager and that they directed her to call them. I said that I felt like her manager probably wanted customers to be attended to. I have never been treated this rudely. I was patient for the first 15 min, but after she got off the phone, there was no apology, no hurry and I obviously am not important to this business. There are other places I can go to do my business.

  They don’t have a dolly and they charge more for printing labels than any other ups store I’ve ever been to
