I visited Michael Kors for assistance with clothing items I purchased. I was asking simple questions about the products, but the manager, Rita, was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, she spoke in a disrespectful manner and was not willing to properly assist me. I felt unwelcome as a customer. I do not think this kind of behavior is suitable for a store manager. I hope management reviews this experience and improves customer service.
I purchased shirts and pants from Michael Kors, but one item had poor material quality, so I went for an exchange with receipt and tags. The manager Rita refused the exchange and accused me of using the item, even though I clearly explained it was not worn. I even told them I was fully confident the item was unworn and asked them to check or prove otherwise, but they did not consider my explanation. I felt treated unfairly and disrespected during the interaction. I also left the item at the store after being told to discard it, and no refund or exchange was provided. I request management to review this situation and improve customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience at Michael’s. I purchased a pair of black jeans and accidentally picked the regular fit instead of the slim fit. The jeans were never worn, and I returned with the original tags and receipt to exchange them for the correct size and style.
Unfortunately, the manager, Ritua, was extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. Instead of assisting with a simple exchange, she immediately assumed that I had worn the jeans and refused to listen to my explanation. The jeans did not even fit me, so there was no reason for me to wear them.
As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. Having the tags and receipt should have made this a straightforward exchange. The way I was treated was unprofessional and disappointing.
I hope management reviews this situation and provides better customer service training. Customers deserve to be treated fairly and respectfully.
