  Honestly, it’s super upsetting to see that there’s so many bad reviews for this absolute AMAZING location and staff. I came in to ship A VERY complicated item, with specific return dates, and I could never do it without the help of this amazing staff. They didn’t rush me, helped with every question with a smile and useful information from their experience. They helped me save money, made me laugh, and were super professional. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER PLACE. I FOUND MINE. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS GREAT Experience.

  "I visited your store near closing time today and had a very disappointing experience. My friend and I were acknowledged by a staff member who promised to help us 'in a moment.' We waited patiently, but the employee never returned, and we were eventually told to leave because the store was closing. As a GM of a local business, I prioritize high standards of service, and this fell significantly short. I hope you will look into retraining your closing staff on how to manage remaining customers professionally."
