  Team Members are NOT FRIENDLY very rude and doe NOT understand there job discription (Service Team Member Name)Brittney if thats even her real name. She has to be aware that the guest that call is seeking help from them if she doesnt know what shes doing or how to commuicate how can she help the Customer.. very poor location

  My experience was amazing from start to finish. Came in and explained my issue to Christy who immediately offered me a free battery and alternator test. We determined my alternator was good however I definitely needed a new battery we went inside took a look at the options and stuck with the 3 year warranty because florida heat is crazy. She was very patient with me as I had some issues that delayed the process but she stuck with me from start to finish. Battery changed and good to go. I am a happy camper.   Had a great experience at Advance auto on Oakland in Lauderhill. Christy when above and beyond. She made me feel like I was family and never pressured me into getting anything that I didn't needed. After I purchased a new battery for my car she offered to put it in for me. Even when I tried to give her a tip she would not take it, she was just happy to assist me. She deserves a raise, her customer service skills is phenomenal and I will be back whenever I need anything for my vehicles. 👍🏾
