  I had a fantastic experience at this UPS Store. Christina helped me and she was extremely friendly, patient, and efficient. Great customer service is hard to find but Christina went above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back here for all my shopping needs.

  I went to this UPS location to make some copies, but the employee Analyssa, refused to make them because she considered it too many pages and told me to leave them and come back the next day. I explained that I needed to start the job that same day and had taken an Uber specifically to get there. She refused again, saying they were closing soon. I asked how many pages she could at least make so I could get started. Instead of helping me, she told her coworker, “Explain it to her because she doesn’t understand.” She then made a very unpleasant, disgusted face toward me. I asked her why she was making that face and told her to be respectful. She yelled at me and said she could make whatever face she wanted. We ended up arguing, and the manager stepped in and made some of the copies for me. The only thing I needed was a simple service that this employee refused to provide, and on top of that, she was extremely disrespectful and incompetent. There are plenty of people who are willing to work and treat customers with basic courtesy. Very disappointing experience.

  Soy cliente frecuente de UPS y no tengo ninguna queja sobre el proceso de devoluciones. Sin embargo, el servicio al cliente en esta ubicación deja mucho que desear. Hay empleados bilingües que se niegan a atender en español a clientes hispanohablantes. Considerando que están ubicados en Florida, creo que deberían mejorar este aspecto. Me gusta la ubicación y la cercanía del local, pero es muy incómodo no recibir una buena atención por hablar español.

  I had an amazing experience at UPS today! Elie was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. He took the time to help me with everything I needed and made the whole process quick and easy.
