please teach your employees how to toast a sub... it shouldn't be soft and mushy.... also teach them how to properly wrap it so one end isn't sticking out... and it would be nice if they were marked when more than one is ordered...

Tesha is always on point! Subs are always perfect, shes always got great customer service and a smile. The young guy who works in the evening rushes, doesn't spread the meat out. Everything is always falling out of it. Over all a pretty good subway though

BEWARE OF THE APP UPDATE. The ordering process used to clearly prompt you for pickup time, payment method, and confirmation before placing the order. After the latest update, those options blend into the background, and if you have a saved card set as default, the app charges it automatically without a clear confirmation step.
As soon as I realized the mistake, I tried calling the store using both the number on the email receipt and the one listed on Google Maps, but nobody answered. The app automatically set my pickup time for 12:20, even though I couldn’t get there until 1:10.
When I finally arrived, the staff basically told me they don’t have a working phone and that I was out of luck, saying I’d have to contact corporate instead.
To make matters worse, my tuna sandwich was warm by the time I got it, and I do not like eating warm tuna. Overall, a very frustrating experience with poor app design and disappointing customer service.

We love to order through doordash...but almost every time items aren't delivered..that we pay for...tonight it was cookies..it has been drinks. I'm tired of paying for items we don't receive!!..DO BETTER!!...PRICES GO UP AND SERVICE AND QUALITY GOES DOWN...drivers always say they bring what they are given.
