  I've had a working business relationship with this Mailbox store and Stuart for almost 30 years. I've been impressed with their professionalism, caring and friendly staff and willingness to solve any issue quickly and without delay.

  Uni student here trying to return summer semester books! Walked into this location around 10:00AM today with 4 school textbooks and the return labels for them. I grabbed a roll of packing tape and selected a box that one of the girls had to grab from the back as only the sizes were on display, not the actual product box. I set the books and the labels on the counter as the young blonde woman cashed me out and afterwards, I took all of the supplies to one of the packing tables. Opened up the packing tape, threw the extra packaging in the garbage, and started to fold up the box to put the textbooks in to be shipped out. The young brunette gentleman working at the counter tells me that I have to leave the store; that I can either package it outside or in my car as it’s a service that they offer and charge for. As I had no idea of this policy and did not want to create a scene, I just told him okay, to let the customer know that next time before they check out if they come in with something clearly visible in hand to be shipped out, and left the store. If I was informed that, I wouldn’t have bought the tape or the box. I would have just let them package it up and ship it out. I’m not upset about the policy. I’m upset about the principle of while I wasn’t informed or knew about it prior, there wasn’t any grace to be accommodating of the situation or inform me for next time; just basically got kicked out of UPS.
