    Unbelievably USELESS. They’re systems were down, ok no problem, but I only wanted a document notarized and had cash. So notarize the document then put it through the system when it comes back online? Simple, I’ve given you cash, just run it through when you can…. Then I tell her I don’t understand why the system being down doesn’t allow you to do a notary with cash, she then very sarcastically tells me… you have the most wonderful day! Last time I use UPS!
