I had such a great experience at The UPS Store thanks to Carolina! I was dealing with an international shipment and ran into a customs issue that stressed me out. Carolina was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped resolve the customs problem quickly. Her professionalism and kindness truly went above and beyond. Itās rare to find customer service this exceptional these days. Thank you Carolina for making a complicated situation so much easier. Will definitely come back.

I wanted to thank UPS for such great services and support!!! This is the best store to do business with..I had a hard time trusting my parents to make a return for me me because I just had a hip bone replacement and recovering and when my parents gave me a receipt for 3 items When I returned 4 Items. I was upset and I thought welI I just lost $40bucks, because they didn't give all the return code receipts to ups.I decided to call and see if there was anything I could do and a Woman named Katherine was so kind and so helpful .She said I'll see if I can find the missing item and call you.She called back so quickly and told me she found it and she'll try her best to straighten this out.She did. I was sooo happy she resolved the whole situation and texted me a return receipt for my missing item she found .She made me soo happy she's so nice, polite and so courteous .thanks again Katherine and UPS Best store and customer service .I also think she should get promoted to manager or highest position. She knows her stuff and how to run this store and always with a great smile as well,she's just awesome!!!šÆpercent!!! āŗļøHave a great day!!!, sincerely Pamela..

I couldnāt get my QR code to show in my phone for a return. The store was getting ready to close, but Jeremy took the time to make it happen. Nice job and thank you for your patience. Much appreciation to Jeremy.

Shannon Mason! I have never met a more conscientious person. She went out of her way to ensure that our power of attorney was completed and signed properly, even when it meant staying back almost 30 minutes after the store shouldāve been closed. I am so grateful because we had traveled close to four hours to get to Port St. Lucie in order to meet with our mom and have the power of attorney signed. We got our addresses mixed up and as a result got to the UPS STORE only moments before closing time. Yet Shannon went out of her way to make sure we were able to getTake cargot it all done.
