  Bought an item that wouldn’t work for my application and apparently it wasn’t returnable but long story short, Rosana k. was able to help me return it and times are tuff and would have been a blow to my pocket so for that I do appreciate Rosana!!! Thank you.

  I had an outstanding experience at the Advance Auto Parts in Stuart, FL, thanks to the store manager, Ethan Doyle. My pregnant wife was having battery issues, and Ethan didn’t hesitate to step in and help her replace the battery. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile meant more to our family than he probably realizes. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, especially in a stressful situation. Ethan treated my wife with respect, made sure everything was installed correctly, and got her safely back on the road. Advance Auto Parts should be proud to have a manager like Ethan representing the company. Exceptional customer service like this is what keeps people coming back. Thank you again, Ethan, for your outstanding help. I highly recommend the Stuart, FL location!

  The staff at the store are so helpful. Advance Auto carries quality parts and Rosanna at the front desk is super, super friendly and knowledgeable.

  Came in advance auto in Rosanna was a great help. She helped me out with the oil that I needed and the funnel and the treatment for the gas. She’s a great person to come in here. If y’all need anything, she will definitely help y’all out and she’s very knowledgeable about everything that’s in the store Thank you
