  Chase was awesome. He opened the store even after he was closed and I didn’t realize that he was closed but he treated me extra nice.

  Will never use this store again. I shipped a very expensive package and it was returned to this location. Instead of doing right by us, and shipping the package for free or at a reasonably discounted price, the store associate and owner only offered a 10% discount on a $130 shipment. I had no choice but to move forward because I needed the package shipped, but will never use this store again.

  I have mailed several things out of this UPS location and the staff working there are absolute gems. Their commitment to really good customer service is apparent in every interaction I have had with them. Recently, I mailed a package with missing address information, and the team was really thoughtful and helpful in making sure it got to the right place. They genuinely care about doing a good job and helping people. Big thanks to all of them!

  Tristen is so kind when I come in to the UPS Store. Extremely helpful ! He is such an asset employee to your store. It is an absolute pleasure to come in. I am so happy that they opened one at Disston Plaza . It is so convenient!!!
