I went to this FedEx to return a pair of shorts using the same clear resealable bag the retailer instructed me to use. Instead of accepting it, the employee, an older woman with purple hair, insisted I buy an opaque envelope because, in her words, someone is going to steal it. I asked who would steal the package after it was handed to FedEx but she laughed at my face . I wanted to follow the seller’s return instructions and reuse the original packaging. When I declined to buy the envelope, she said she was going to note in the computer that I don’t care if my package gets stolen. That statement didn’t address my questions. I also don’t understand how requiring an opaque plastic bag instead of a clear one prevents theft. Both are thin plastic bags. If theft is the concern, it’s not clear how an opaque bag solves that. It also results in unnecessary plastic waste by requiring customers to put one bag inside another. Do they get commission selling plastic ?
The staff are awesome. Always an easy process.
They locked their doors several minutes before their posted closing time and refused to open the door to tell me they were closed until it was exactly 7:00. The woman employee I interacted with was also unnecessarily rude. I normally use UPS and decided to give this location a chance, but after this experience, they have permanently lost my business. Customer service and honoring posted business hours should be the bare minimum.

Absolutely amazing. The store manager, Giovanni, really took care of me this morning with a rush job and I can’t thank him and the team enough.
