  Very disappointed in the management at this location. I didn't get help with my issues and the manager didn't have any knowledge on phones. My info wasn't transferred and she seemed lost.

  Couldn't have had a better experience, all thanks to May, the store manager. She handled multiple customers, including a disabled Vietnam Veteran, with professionalism and courtesy. Definitely would recommend for your next phone needs.

  Hunter was wonderfully helpful and patient. I’m not technically inclined, but he took his time, and explained everything simply, so I fully understood how to use my phone’s features by the time I left.
