  I was trying to give this rude girl some grace. First off after handling the register she just put on gloves before making my sandwich after I saw her touching her face at the register. (Why I still got food, I don’t know) I ordered a tuna sandwich which she clearly didn’t want to make. I asked for bacon on my sandwich which she didn’t even heat up she just put it on the sandwich . Which at that time she asked if I wanted it toasted , I didn’t even want my sandwich toasted originally ,I only said yes to not be an inconvenience to her unpleasant self and wanted my bacon warmed. I even tipped this woman because I felt bad for her, she clearly hates her job. I got home and she only cut the first layer of the sandwich . Talk about petty. I hope she truly needed those 3 dollars. Horrible customer service.

  Melvin was amazing very great with customer service always recommended other things when I had questions he was absolutely the stand up person that you want to talk to when you're getting your food. Thank you Melvin. So I am readjusting my review because I don't know how many times how amazing this gentleman has been and his coworker but I can't write another review so I'm just going to keep saying how amazing they are at the store thank you

  This subway was great, I mobile ordered but my food wasn’t ready when the app said it was expected. At first I was a little bothered but when I walked I saw the store was packed with only one worker behind the counter. He was trying to make the sandwiches as fast as possible but was also treating each sandwich with care so they weren’t messy. Regardless of the stress of all the orders this young man maintained a positive attitude and did his best to make sure every customer was satisfied. I didn’t get his name but he was tall, had glasses and a beard. He’s a very hardworking individual who cares about the product and the customers.

  Do not order for pickup — only order in person where you can actually see what they’re making. I ordered a sandwich with no mayo, and it came loaded with an excessive amount of mayo, said toasted - was no toasted , plus other ingredients that weren’t even part of the order. Completely wrong and disappointing. If you go, make sure you order inside so you can control what goes into your food.
