Ordered on DoorDash and subway shorted me a $6 box of cookies and DoorDash is only willing to give me a $3 credit. Not happy with this subway or doordash. No accountability. No one would answer when I called. Also food arrived in a Winn Dixie bag not a subway bag.

This was hands down one of the best Subway experiences we have had in a long time. The restaurant was incredibly clean, the staff was genuinely friendly, and the food was fresh and tasted great. The woman who helped us was so kind and welcoming, and while I did not catch her name, my receipt says “served by 6060.” She absolutely deserves recognition for the experience she gave us.
My only criticism is more of a Subway-wide thing and not this location at all. It seems like many Subways now place the meat on top of the cheese before toasting, which keeps the cheese from melting well even with a double toast. Again, that did not take away from how great this location was.
You can tell this team takes pride in what they do, and it made a big difference. We will definitely be back!

there is definitely no real customer service here. The staff prepares the food with a bad attitude, rushing through everything and handling it carelessly, as if they just want to get you out as quickly as possible. The food itself is fine, but the overall experience is disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Most of the time, the employees here have a great attitude and provide good service, which is why this visit stood out even more. The girl assisting me today around 5pm had a noticeably negative attitude from the start, no greeting, no smile, and no basic courtesy. Even after I said “thank you,” there was no response at all. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but when you work in customer service, basic respect and professionalism should be the minimum. Experiences like this are exactly why customers choose to go elsewhere. I hope management takes this seriously and reinforces the importance of customer service.
