  I've ordered twice using Uber Eats and the first time my wings barely had any rub but wings were cooked good so I let it go. Second order today not only were my fries missing, my wings didn't have any rub this time. I called for refund and they tried to add my fries to another order but I wanted a manager who has yet to return my call or refund my missing items.

  Ordered pickup and ended up with a chicken sandwich with a hard patty more inedible than school lunch. Ridiculous not to mention they forget the veggie sticks and give a ranch that taste funky compared to the other ones. Something is not right in that kitchen and something needs to change.

  The restaurant failed to properly verify the Uber driver picking up our order and gave our food to the wrong person. As a result, our order was stolen and never delivered.

  I called for my order over an hour ago & I only received one thing JAMES was an horrible cashier whom completely messed my order up he then proceeded to take other orders & give them out before i received mine. Another employee had to acknowledge us & ask if we were still waiting on something AFTER AN HOUR OF WAITING!.

  Ordered delivery. App showed food bagged, sat for an hour, then 30 minutes to deliver. Fries were cold rubbery, lemon pepper wings were so salty and dry couldn't eat, buffalo were cold and dry. 20 wings with fries close to $50.....ALL TRASHED!! Gave feedback, no reply- a THANK YOU FRIES!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AND FOR SURE NOT DELIVERY. They could care less. We were passing through St Augustine but this location should be closed!!!!!!
