  If I could give Brandon and the team at The UPS Store more than 10 stars, I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came to them with a very special project—a family cookbook for our reunion—and Brandon went above and beyond to help me get it right. There were multiple emails, phone calls, questions, changes, and plenty of details involved, and he was patient, helpful, and responsive through all of it. This cookbook means so much to our family because it includes generations of recipes, photos, and memories, and Brandon treated it like more than just another printing job. He truly cared about how it turned out. Thank you, Brandon, and the entire team for helping turn something I created for my family into a beautiful keepsake we can pass down for years. You guys are the best! 💙

  This UPS store was very clean and the customer service was pleasant. I would recommend this location only on customer service. However I cannot say how it is during busy hours. I went around 9:30 am.

  I went to the UPS store at 11 AM on July 5 where I encountered a long curly haired employee at the front desk named Josh. He was instantly condescendingly said we don’t take FedEx packages here, “darlin” When I asked him to stop speaking to me in such a manner, instead of apologizing, instead of redirecting his behavior, he literally said, did you just sass me? Then became even more hostile and condescending and said it’s his14th day straight of working, and that I’ve probably never known work like that in my life. Literally yelling this to me as I’m now over at the self serve counter printing two Amazon return labels.What does that have to do with anything? Is THAT his excuse for his poor behavior? If so, he’s clearly overworked and in need of customer service training. I turned back to him as I was leaving and said in the same tone that he used with me, have a good day, darlin, and of course, he flipped out. Speak to others how you want to be spoken to, especially when you’re getting paid to do it!

  I've dealt with UPS for many years they've always been very professional and courteous they go out of their way to greet you and they give you the best service possible I couldn't be happier in the UPS store in Spring Hill is my number one go to store
