  This UPS Store location in Spring Hill, FL (Seven Hills shopping plaza) is the best. I visit this store often for Amazon returns, and each time Sharmi and John ALWAYS provide the best customer service. They are friendly, patient (I usually have a lot of packages to return) and greet me and other customers with a smile and readiness to help! The owner of this store should feel very blessed to have such great employees [Sharmi and John]:-)

  The customer service rep AKIRA wasn’t trying to help me out at all. I still had 10 minutes before the store closed and she refused to take my fingerprints which is a service they provide. Absolutely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I could tell she was just in a rush to close and go home. Still not fair to a customers. If you close at five, then you serve your customers until five.

  HELI is a great addition to the UPS Store on Mariner Blvd (Seven Hills), Spring Hill, Fl. I've been helped by her most of the time that I've returned items heading to Amazon or Temu. She's always smiling and greets me every time!
